The Osteria di Accursio in Modica is the ideal place to savor genuinely Sicilian cuisine and enjoy authentic hospitality. Born from the desire to return to the origins, Radici is the contemporary version of the traditional idea of an osteria, where chef Accursio Craparo strips away formalities and returns to being a cook. Where the cook wears the clothes of the host, the one who personally presents the dishes and tells their story, taking time to chat with guests, oblivious to the passage of time, because at Radici time flows at a slower pace, that of conviviality and familiarity.

The uniqueness of the context in which the Osteria stands, in the historic center of Modica, right next to the Cathedral of San Pietro, adds to Radici's proposal the singular experience of immersion in the vibrant heart of the baroque city, among the most enchanting in the Val di Noto. The interiors of the Osteria, located in an ancient palace overlooking the main street, reproduce the sober elegance of a Modican residence, both welcoming and functional, where every detail is carefully chosen to make guests feel at home.
