Hands in the Clay: the art of Sicilian ceramics

An authentic experience in the heart of the historic center of Modica, at MALO Bottega d’Arte, a workshop of Sicilian handmade ceramics located next to the magnificent Duomo di San Pietro.

During this creative workshop, you will have the opportunity to discover the art of traditional Sicilian ceramics, guided by a local craftsman. After a brief introduction to the techniques and materials used in clay processing, you will be able to create and decorate your unique piece inspired by typical motifs of Sicilian tradition.

An engaging activity that will allow you to connect with the authentic artisanal culture of the area, experiencing a creative and relaxing moment in the baroque heart of the city. The crafted items can be fired in the workshop and subsequently shipped to the participant's address (shipping costs borne by the customer).
