Visit to the Distillery

Visit one of the few rum distilleries in Italy

Distilleria Alma is the first distillery dedicated to the production of rum in Italy and one of the few currently active in Sicily.

The experience, which lasts a total of 90 minutes, includes the following points;

- Brief introduction to sugarcane cultivation in Sicily and its cultivation.

- Guided tour of the distillery and explanation of the various production processes: pressing, fermentation, distillation, refining, and aging.

- Tasting fresh sugarcane juice
 

The tour concludes with a guided tasting of a selection of five of our products paired with Modica chocolate.

- Tasting a Botanical Rum

- Tasting of our London Dry Gin
